The Story
Poplar Cove Provisions started on a vineyard in Idaho's Snake River Valley — where Mary Womack grew up working farmers markets alongside her family, one of nine kids.
After twenty years in federal defense health technology, she moved her daughter to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Franklin, North Carolina. And she went back to the table.
Small-batch. From scratch. Brought to market fresh.

What We Mean by Small-Batch
Made from scratch
Every filling, every crust, every glaze. No mixes, no shortcuts, no contract production.
Locally sourced
Ingredients procured from local farmers. What we make rotates with the fresh season.
Co-op kitchen
Prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen and packed the day before market.
Everything by hand
Wood-smoked, hand-crimped, hand-packed. One person, one table, one batch at a time.
Stay at the table.
Weekly updates, seasonal availability, and what's coming next. No noise.
